Prayer Service Remembering Sr. Dorothy Stang
Sr. Dorothy Stang, a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur, spent her life as a missioner in Brazil advocating for the rights of the people in the rainforest and confronting powerful corporate interests.This prayer service is a memorial to remember Sr. Dorothy Stang. She was shot to death Saturday, February 12, 2005 in Anapu, Para, a section of Brazil's Amazon rain forest.
