Causes of Homelessness Activity
This critical thinking activity looks at the factors that can lead to homelessness. Using
lines and arrows, connect these different factors and circumstances to
demonstrate how they may lead to homelessness. For example, the loss of a job
can lead to poverty, and poverty can lead to homelessness. Keep in mind that some connections may span generations, e.g. a
parent with mental illness can lead to a child being in foster care.
